Transient ischaemic attack (TIA)

A transient ischaemic attack (TIA) or mini stroke is caused by interference with the supply of blood to the brain for a while.
The interference of blood supply leads to less oxygen supply and in turn problems. This leads to various issues such as speech and visual disturbance, and numbness or weakness in the face, arms and legs.
There are a number of lifestyle changes you can make that may help not get stroke after a TIA.
These include:
Eating a Balanced diet
Exercising atleast 4 days in a week for 45mins
Avoid smoking and alcohol .
