Gall stones


Gallstones are small stones, usually made of cholesterol, that made in the gallbladder. In most cases they don't cause any symptoms and does not need any treatment.

Because of the role cholesterol plays in the formation of gallstones, it is advisable to avoid eating too many foods with a saturated fat being high
Foods high in saturated fat include:
meat ,sausages and butter, ghee and lard,cream,cottage cheeses ,cakes and biscuits,food containing palm or coconut oil

A healthy well balanced diet is recommended. This includes lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and cereals.
There's also evidence that regularly eating nuts, such as cashews or peanuts, can help reduce your risk of developing gallstones.
