Inflammation is a normal reaction of the body to show that there is something not suiting it—injuries, infections, or toxins—this is the way body try to heal itself. When anything hurts the cells of the body,the body release some chemical in response from the immune system,which can lead to increased blood flow, release of antibodies as a safety measure and defence system. In case of acute inflammation this response then sudsides and feels better in a shrt while but in Chronic inflammation,the body is in the alert state for a long duration as it takes more time to heal. it's been connected to many serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, depression, arthritis, and Alzheimer’s.
