High Cholestrol

Cholesterol a fatty acid which forms into lipid in the body. Certain cell membrane,DNA etc are made from cholesterol so it is definitely important in limited quantity in the body .
To Maintain a good cholesterol level in the body , the diet needs to be healthy and balanced. We need to keep the diet low in food high on fatty acids.
You need to exchange the fatty foods with fruits, vegetables and healthy options. This will also help you decrease the cholesterol level .
Making some other changes like regular exercising, quitting habits like smoking , drinking will also help us reduce the cholesterol levels in the body and regulating it better.
